Own a Baby Lock machine or want to learn more about what they can do, join us for Baby Lock Club. Learn about all the upcoming store events and what's new at Baby Lock. Bring all those beautiful projects you have been working on for show and tell.

This month we will be having our Christmas covered dish dinner, bring your special dish. We will be having a sock exchange so bring a pair of wrapped socks if you wish to participate.

Lori Hernandez

Experience the ease and creativity of Embroidery! Join Lori Hernandez, Babylock Educator, for two days of embroidery inspiration and education. She will share her knowledge as she guides you through a range of machine features, as well as possibilities
you can accomplish with a Babylock embroidery machine! This will be a hands-on event where you will make a journal cover and a mug mat using the many features of your Solaris, Destiny or Ellisimo machine. Lori will also be demonstrating the features of the new Solaris.
Cost will be $125 for the two-day event and includes a kit for both projects and lunch.

Beginner and Intermediate Sewing

First three Mondays of the month 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

New to the sewing world? Let us teach you the basics with some easy projects to get you sewing quickly.

Beginner Sewing Class Objectives
•Learn basic sewing skills
•Sewing machine & tool basics
•Sewing seams
•Sewing Terminology
•Three 3 hr sessions
•Fee $135 - reservations required with a three student minimum
Mastered the basics? Move your sewing skills to the next level. Adjust a pattern for your size. Choose and cut fabric expertly. Go beyond basics with zippers and more. Get started with a garment of your choice.

Intermediate Class Objectives
•Techniques beyond basic
•Darts, pleats, sleeves
•Three 3 hr sessions
•Fee $135 - reservations required with a three student minimum

Kids Sewing

Kids sewing meets the second Saturday of the month from 9 am -12 pm except in June, July, August and October at a cost of $35 per session. Children must be at least 8 years of age to participate. Call the store for reservations 318-688-2402

2018 Block of the Month

First Friday of the Month January - October

Join in on the fun of making this beautiful quilt while learning new quilting techniques. For the next 10 months you will make the following blocks, learn piecing basics and borders.
• Kaleidoscope
• Orange Peel
• Pineapple
• Flying Geese
• Half Square Triangles
• Courthouse Steps
• Half square triangle and quarter square triangle
• Starburst
• Lazy Angle
These designs can be used to make a variety of stand alone quilts, pillows, table runners, etc. later....
Kit fee ‐ $12.50 per month
Class fee ‐ $5 per month if not purchasing a kit
Call the store at 318‐688‐2402 for reservations and to order any rulers that you may need, so that materials are available during class. Reservation cut off for the year is February 1.

Last Wednesday of every other month

Learn new and different ways to use your serger, share tips and tricks and stitch out a quick project. All types of machines are welcome; however, the user should be proficient in threading and operation of the machine and the machine must be in good working order. Kit charges, if applicable. Reservations are appreciated so that we can plan.

Cameo Club

Last Wednesday of every other month

Explore new and different ways to use your Cameo Silhouette machine. Sessions cover software, design creation, cutting and project ideas. Students have fun making their creative ideas come true with the assistance of experienced instructors. Reservations are appreciated so that we can plan.

Fourth Saturday of the month every other month

Explore new and different ways to use your Cameo Silhouette machine. Students have fun sharing what they have learned about their machine, new techniques that they have learned and creating projects with the assistance of experienced instructors. Reservations are appreciated so that we can plan
